We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If a replacement isn’t possible, we may issue a refund.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
